Welcome to Lark Creek Blue Restaurant at Santana Row

Santana Row welcomes a new dining destination this summer with the launch of Lark Creek® Blue which opened its doors on August 1, 2012. The restaurant features ocean-fresh seafood, a selection of USDA Prime and grass-fed steaks and a variety of globally-inspired seasonal dishes under the direction of Chef Chad Greer. Lark Creek Blue is housed in the space formerly held by Yankee Pier, which had its last night of service on Sunday, July 15, 2012. The space has been completely rennovated to offer casual, contemporary design with a circular raw bar, open kitchen and ample covered patio seating, perfect for warm summer days and nights.

“We’re thrilled to bring a fresh new offering to San Jose and to invite guests in to experience Lark Creek Blue,” says Michael Dellar, co-founder, president and CEO of Lark Creek Restaurant Group. “We believe we’ve created a special restaurant that is uniquely suited for Santana Row.”

Adrian Hoffman, VP and Culinary Director of Lark Creek Restaurant Group and a James Beard Foundation “Rising Star” finalist, has worked closely with Chef Greer to develop the Lark Creek Blue menu.

Summer dishes include Alaskan Halibut Ceviche Marinated Early Girl Tomato Salad, Angus Beef Carpaccio with nori flakes, white radish and pickled mushrooms, Salt Baked Hawaiian Prawns, Local Petrale Sole with brown butter and capers, Grilled Wild King Salmon Salad and Roast Duroc Pork Noodle Bowl. The restaurant’s steak selections range from a 6-ounce Petit Filet to a 12oz. USDA Prime New York and a 10-ounce Grass-fed Ribeye. The steaks are offered with a choice of a seasonal side, such as Baked Cherry Tomatoes with feta and oregano, Summer Squashes Roasted with Garlic or Buttery Potato Purée, and a sauce, such as béarnaise, blue cheese, horseradish or Lark Creek's signature steak sauce.

Each night, Lark Creek Blue features a different “Nightly Classic” dish, including Southern Fried Chicken on Mondays, Kerala Style Whole Fish Curry on Tuesdays, and Baked Stuffed Live Maine Lobster on Fridays.
